  • No. I coach you to negotiate yourself. You know your situation, your risk tolerance, and your relationship with the company better than I do. My job is to arm you with the strategy, script, and confidence to execute. Most clients prefer this approach because it keeps them in control.

  • You only pay the $2,500 base fee. The success fee only applies if we negotiate an increase above your initial offer. If your employer won't budge, you don't pay extra.

  • Severance negotiations typically take 2-4 weeks from initial review to final signed agreement. Job offer reviews are faster—usually 1-2 weeks. I review documents within 24-48 hours of receiving them.

  • No. If you need to sue for discrimination, wrongful termination, or wage claims, I'll refer you to excellent litigators who specialize in that work. My practice focuses exclusively on transactional employment work—negotiating agreements, not filing lawsuits.

  • I don't represent employers in severance or employment matters, so there are no conflicts of interest. I can represent you regardless of which tech company you work for.
